Sheffield and District Orchid Society Monthly Meeting

Our monthly meeting featuring a talk of a month about orchids followed by some refreshments and the orchid table show discussion. Members also regularly bring some orchids along to sell or give away to other members.

Hybrid Coelogyne and their cultivation

The talk on Coelogyne I’ll be giving them is about hybrid Coelogyne and their cultivation. I grow under lights so I will touch up on aspects of that though I understand that not many orchids growers operate in this way. I’ll concentrate more on the plants themselves and how the species behind them influence their growth habits, with a slide show to illustrate.
There will be plants for sale!
We will also hold our usual table show and break to chat with fellow orchid enthusiasts.
